Description

The Merrychef DB0371 Air Filter Body V2 Classic is a structural part that is used to hold and support the air filter element in a compatible unit. It holds the filter in position and forces air to pass through the filtration system to control grease, smoke and any other gases produced during cooking. It is installed in the pathway of the oven and operates the filter media and fan system to ensure adequate air circulation and conditions inside the oven. It is applied when replacing or maintaining the appliance when the current housing is broken or no longer fits properly to sustain the appliance.
