The Merrychef PSJ161 Oven Partition Plate Kit is a system that work by dividing the areas of the cooking chambers within compatible oven. It fits into special rails which assist in keeping internal segmentation in place so that various cooking profiles can run concurrently without thermal patterns mixing. The partition plate kit is mounted in E2 and E6 oven interiors, centrally located to separate the cooking cavity and allow controlled separation of cooking areas during preparation cycles in commercial kitchen conditions, to ensure that the upper and lower cooking areas are always aligned with factory guide points.
