The Magikitch'N MK2802-1318100 Burner Valve is a control part that is fitted in compatible commercial gas cooking equipment to control the amount of gas flowing to the assembly. This valve, with a 1/8-inch MPT connection, is installed in the gas line between the source of supply and the burner. It enables operators to regulate and control gas supply in the normal operation of equipment. This is usually substituted in the course of maintenance or repair when gas control is erratic. It operates together with other related gas train parts to assist in maintaining a stable burner.
