The Middleby Marshall 59450 Modulation Valve is a 1/2” FPT component suitable for use in several ovens such as PS520G, PS536GS, PS540G, PS555, PS570G, PS770, and PS870. This valve functions at 24VDC, which controls the gas flow in order to achieve the highest level of heating effectiveness based on the necessary gas input. This leads to optimised use of energy and correct heat distribution to avoid compromise of food in terms of temperatures.
