Moffat 024562 Convection Oven Relay 25A 230V

The Moffat 024562 Convection Oven Relay is a 25A 230V electrical switching component used to control power distribution within compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It is installed inside the electrical control compartment, mounted on the control board or relay panel where it connects the control circuit to high-current components. When the oven control sends a low-voltage signal the relay internal electromagnetic coil move the contacts to open or close the circuit supplying power to components such as heating elements or the convection fan motor. This switching action regulates heating and airflow according to the selected operating cycle.
