The Moffat M024410 Convection Oven Element transforms electrical energy into thermal energy by means of a resistance coil which heats up when 240 V power is turned on with a controlled electrical pathway to generate heat in the element structure. With a 2800W output, it produces a steady heat that radiates throughout the chamber and help circulate hot air throughout the oven during use helping to evenly distribute heat throughout the cooking cavity. The unit is mounted to the convection oven internal heating assembly with an E27 screw connection point to be mounted electrically and placed in a location where it can be directly exposed to the airflow of the fan system.
