The Montague MON3499-1 Dial Thermostat is a temperature control equipment that is able to the heating output of commercial cooking systems. It contains a KX-type mechanism, a 3/16-inch by 12-inch copper sensing bulb, dial control, and a bezel to make sure that it is securely installed. This is installed in the control panel with the bulb being wired into the heated part of the appliance. It moves electrical contact points according to thermal expansion. The component is connected with the system wiring, does not lose its alignment with the panel hardware, and ensures a stable temperature throughout the operational cycles.
