The Montague MONCB3A Pilot Kit that is intended to control the supply of gas to the pilot flame in the compatible natural gas systems. It has a 1/4 inch CCT connection that allows constant pilot operation due to the constant flow of the gas. The kit is placed on the pilot line and contributes to the maintenance of uniform ignition aid during the Star Mfgt-up of the system. Replacement is usually done where the flame performance is erratic as a result of blockage or wear of connections. Proper pilot kit operation facilitates the dependability of ignition and predictability of heating reaction under operating conditions.
