Description

The Pitco PP10416 Fryer 1-PH Motor Filter is a high performance filter with 1/3 HP 50/60 Hz motor. It has this motor that helps in circulating oil , cleaning the debris and therefore helps to in prolonging some of the oil which is essential especially when it comes to food quality and economical. It has integrated filtration system to ease the process of managing oil, where operators are able to filter oil easily and with less contact with hot oil. This leads to increased safety in the kitchen, productivity and a reduction of oil consumption and better food quality.

Step1: Disconnect power supply and ensure the fryer is completely cooled.

Step2: Access the filter motor housing and remove the faulty motor.

Step3: Align and mount the new motor securely in position.

Step4: Reconnect wiring according to the original configuration.

Step5: Tighten all fasteners and check connections.

Step6: Restore power and test motor operation for proper function.
