The Montague 57528-3 Blower Motor Assembly is a 3/4-HP, single-phase, 5/8-in shaft assembly intended to be used in systems. It is used to circulate hot air in the cooking space, which enhances the equal heating of food products. Fitted in the blower assembly, the works on the normal baking or roasting cycles in order to maintain the airflow consistency. It is applied in foodservice situations where the original motor needs replacement or repair. Its purpose in the system is to assist in the consistency of cooking and performance at operating conditions.
