This motor operates at both 1725 RPM, which is optimised for fast cooking, and 1140 RPM for slower cooking, which benefits from stable airflow for even heat distribution. The specifications are 208-230V and 50/60 Hz compatible with the range of electrical systems, it can be seen as a suitable replacement for a lot of commercial kitchen setups. The keyway in the 5/8 x 4-5/8 shaft assures secure attachment to the blower wheel #26-1682, an essential part for the proper functioning of the system.
