The Frymaster 8261756 Fryer Pump Motor With Gasket Kit 1/3-1425/1725-208-50/60 is a replacement oil circulating assembly that fits compatible commercial fryers. It pumps the oil in the fryer to flow through filtration and heating loops, which maintain a constant flow and temperature of the oil as it flows. The gasket that comes along gives an proper seal between the pump and the housing to avoid leakages. This motor and gasket assembly is installed in the lower service compartment of the fryer and is part of the oil handling system of the fryer and is normally used in restaurants and kitchen settings.
