The Taylor Freezer MS-10 Sterling drink mixer motor brush operates on the concept that the electrical current flowing in the fixed wiring is passed to the rotating motor armature to enable the motor to run at the necessary speed to mix. The brush is in contact with the commutator as the motor is running to assist in continuous rotation. This component is attached to the inside of the brush holder of the motor, and it is placed in contact with the commutator. In foodservice commercial conditions, it is a vital part of maintaining the operation of the drink mixer in repeated use.
