Description

The Nieco NC22892 Pan Holding 4 Lane is used to keep pan stable in the conveyor area of the broiler system. This section fastens pans in four lanes as they pass through the cooking chamber. It is placed along the chain track to assist in the alignment of movement and uniform exposure to heat. Constant conveyor movement is needed in commercial foodservice to maintain output consistency. The holder is directly linked to the chain mechanism to work in tandem with the movement of the system. Replacement of a worn part restores the aligned structure of pan and facilitates further performance of the broilers.
