Description

The Nemco 566-3 Tomato Slicer Blade Assembly is a replacement cutting assembly designed for compatible commercial tomato slicers. It uses multiple aligned cutting blades to produce consistent 3/8-inch slices as the tomato passes through the slicing chamber. The assembly mounts within the slicer frame and works with the product guide and pusher mechanism to control the cutting path. During operation the blades remain fixed while the pusher moves the tomato through the cutting section. This component replaces a worn or damaged blade assembly when slicing performance becomes inconsistent or the original blades no longer provide the required cut size.
