Description

The Nieco NC8036 Burner Assembly Complete is used in 922G-Upper series gas broilers. This assembly generates and disseminates heat throughout the cooking area enabling food products to be broiled at regulated temperatures. It is installed in the combustion chamber of the broiler and operates together with gas valves, ignition parts and controls to ensure stable flame performance. In commercial use, this burner assembly is changed when it is being repaired or refurbished to recover normal heat output and cooking accuracy in foodservice use.
