The Star Mfg 2A-Z4930 Burner Orifice is an essential component that has been calibrated and designed to measure natural gas flow to burners in commercial griddles. The opening size of the #41 regulates, the flow of fuel to ensure the right air-to-gas ratios and uniform heating of the entire griddle surface. It is fitted directly at the burner inlet, and has an effect on the stability of the flame and temperature uniformity during operation. This element is substituted in commercial foodservice situations when maintaining, or adjusting a gas system to solve uneven heating or ignition problems.
