Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-418051-00053 Range Brass Hood Orifice is a gas metering part that is applied in commercial applications involving burners. It has a 3/8"-27 threads and a length of 1/2" with size 53 and is mounted at the burner gas inlet to control the flow of fuel. In commercial kitchen operations, this regulates the amount of gas brought in to be burnt to maintain a steady flame and heat production. In the range gas system, it operates together with the burner valve and assembly to control the delivery of gas, keep the cooking temperatures, and also to perform in continuous operation.
