The Bakers Pride R3136X Char Broiler Orifice 54 regulates the flow of LP gas to char broiler burners to maintain a steady flow of heat and flame. It is installed directly into the gas supply line to meter fuel to assist in maintaining proper combustion properties throughout the broiling surface. The fact that the orifice is clogged or worn may cause either uneven heating or low efficiency. Regular checking and replacement of the same will maintain the proper regulation of gas, safe operation of burner and cooking performance in a commercial kitchen.
