The Vulcan Hart 00-418051-00055 Burner Valve Orifice is intended to be used in commercial cooking equipment that uses liquid propane gas. This orifice has a 3/8"-27 threading and size 55 calibration that enables the regulating of gas flow through the burner valve. It is mounted in the burner valve outlet, where it measures LP gas, and then it burns. In foodservice use, it assists in the correct formation of flames and constant heat levels. The orifice is essential in balancing the supply of fuel to the burner to operate.
