The Imperial 37188 Orifice Holder is a gas control part fitted on commercial systems that are liquid propane operated. It has a 3/8 inch CCT connection and a 3/8-27 threaded LP brass hood orifice having a 1/2 inch high profile. The assembly regulate and controls the flow of gas out of the manifold to the burner to assist in the generation of a stable and controlled flame. It is mounted in the burner system and is significant in the accuracy of combustion and heat production. Adequate orifice sizing is necessary to safe operation, ignition and consistent cooking performance in foodservice equipment.
