Description

Imperial 2130 Rack is a long-lasting and efficient component for Standard Ovens. The dimensions of the component are 26-3/8” length and 25” width, with 3/8” frame, two supports and 1” centers on the wires. Rubber from the back stop is in place on the back of the frame to keep it from moving or from sliding on surfaces. This oven rack is designed to accommodate trays and utensils in the commercial kitchen making cooking more efficient. Due to the robust and accurate nature of this equipment, it is an extra safety and convenient addition to any high performance kitchen equipment.
