The Pitco P5045650-C Natural Gas Valve is a replacement control that is compatible with commercial fryer equipment. It controls the flow of natural gas to the burner assembly, assists in ignition and operation of the appliance and operates on a 120V, 60Hz electrical supply. This valve is often used in restaurants, kitchens and other foodservice applications for equipment maintenance or repair.
