The Pitco P8904-90 Dial works by detecting the temperature variations and converting them into an adjustable display to enable the adjustment of heat settings. It enables the user to adjust the temperatures between 200°F and 550°F with a smooth rotation of the dial between OFF and the required heat level. The dial is designed to be mounted on the compatible cooking equipment where it is attached to the control panel and so can be easily adjusted and clearly viewed during use. It has a diameter of 2-1/4" which fits into regular panel cutouts making it snug and secure.
