The APW 55607 Well pan that is to be used in APW compatible convection ovens. The cooking chamber which receives drips, spillages, and condensation during ordinary use of the oven. It also has a drain connection, the well pan allows ease of controlled extraction of liquids to enable the interior to remain cleaner and aid in regular cleaning process. It is the component of the lower assembly of the oven that acts in the structural framework of the appliance, which is normally changed during maintenance or repair in commercial kitchen.
