The Blodgett 17519 30-3/8" 4-Piece Stainless Steel Perimeter Gasket Set is intended to keep the oven door of DFG and Zephaire ovens sealed and secure. In this set are four stainless steel gasket pieces which are strategically placed around the perimeter of the oven door opening. These gaskets create a tight seal and prevent heat loss by reducing a leaky hole in the oven, improve cooking efficiency, and maintain oven temperature consistency in the oven chamber. These gaskets help to reduce operating costs by minimizing heat escape.
