Description

The Pitco 60128802 Gas Griddle NAT/LP Pilot Burner W/Flame Pattern is a gas ignition component that produces a controlled pilot flame for igniting the main burner in commercial cooking equipment. The burner receives natural gas or liquid propane through the gas connection and directs the fuel toward the ignition point, where the pilot flame is established and maintained. Its 3-way flame pattern distributes the pilot flame across the designated ignition area to support flame transfer to the main burner. The 1/4-inch tube connection provides the specified fuel connection size. The pilot burner operates as part of the griddle gas train and ignition system.
