The Garland 2200700 Range Pilot Burner Assembly Right Hand is a gas ignition assembly component that is fitted in commercial cooking ranges to give a stable pilot flame to the right of the equipment. It directs a regulated stream of gas to the pilot burner, forming a small continuous flame that can be used to provide accurate lighting of the main burners when heat is ordered. This assembly is fitted on the right-hand side of a burner box on the range and is installed with gas valves and security controls to aid in a better combustion process.
