The Garland 2200703 Pilot Orifice is a propane-only design to be used in commercial gas ranges and cooking appliances. It controls the supply of propane to the burner to maintain a steady pilot flame to provide accurate ignition of the main burners. This is fitted in the assembly when converting or maintaining the gas system or during service or repair. It is applied in restaurant and institutional kitchen ranges to assist in maintaining a steady initiation and operation of the gas ignition system of the appliance.
