The Server Products 82013 Piston and Stem Assembly is a replacement part of a mechanical assembly of commercial foodservice dispensing equipment to regulate flow in pump systems. This can be fitted in compatible server product dispensing units, whereby a fine movement of liquid product is essential in portion control. It is fitted to beverage or sauce dispensers to control the displacement and deliver the same amount with each actuation. Its purpose in the system is to ensure a smooth and repeatable movement of internal components, which is useful in correct portioning and consistent functioning in the normal operation of the system in high-volume Conditions.
