Description

The Pitco 60081501 Fryer Ball Valve is a stainless steel fluid control element rated at 1/2 inch NPT connections, designed to be used in commercial systems. It works by manually opening or closing the oil flow line to enable controlled drainage and isolation of fryer tanks during operation, maintenance or cleaning. It is also installed in commercial gas and electric fryers installed in restaurants, cafeterias and institutional kitchens.
