Description

The Pitco 60130807 Fryer Pump & Motor Assembly circulates oil with the support of a 1/3 HP power source that drives an internal that circulates oil at 5 GPM 240 V. Upon powering the motor turns the pump mechanism to provide flow through piping connected to it. This element is fitted into the fryer cabinet and it is usually placed close to the oil reservoir and filtration system. It aids in the transfer of oil in the process of filtration. The assembly is hooked to electrical wiring, hoses and valves and is assembled to fryer parts to ensure that oil is constantly in motion during operation.
