Description

The Pitco 60182701 Oil-Level Probe Auto Top-Off Gas detects the amount of oil in the tank of the fryer. It works on the concept of checking conductivity or contact with oil, and the auto top-off mechanism is activated when the level is below a set point. This probe is mounted within the tank of the fryer, at a specific point of level, to detect the volume of oil. It has a 5-pin connection to be integrated with other compatible control systems and is to be used in gas fryer systems that need automated control of oil levels.
