Description

The Pitco A6693202 Filter Catch Basket Screen Bottom P18K is used to separate food particles by capturing the debris in oil filtration processes in the fryer systems. It works as a filtered screen through which filtered oil can pass and the sediment is held back to be removed. This element is mounted at the bottom of compatible filter catch baskets which are placed in the filtration assembly to fit in the channels of oil flow and brackets. It assists in organised filtration debris retention within the continuous commercial kitchen without disrupting the assigned oil circulation.
