Description

The Pitco B3503401-C Flue Weldment is a structural exhaust piece of equipment for SG18 to direct heat and combustion gases in the system. It is mounted at the back end of the unit where it will line up with the burner and ventilation assembly. This will be attached to the compound frame to ensure correct alignment of exhaust locations during use. It is commonly used in commercial equipment and is used continuously when the frying equipment is in operation. Replacement is usually done when servicing if there is a problem of corrosion in the alignment so that it can be used during the daily operation.
