Description

The Pitco B4000802-C Handle Valve Weldment is use to regulate the water and steam that flow in a commercial pasta cooker. It works by turning the handle to open or close the valve to enable the liquid discharge to be controlled accurately in the cooking cycles. The assembly is to be installed on models PPE14, PPG14, and RTG1 and attaches directly to the existing plumbing and handle systems on the cooker. Its design allows access to kitchen personnel and yet is correctly aligned with the internal valve system of the cooker to be a key element in managing water flow in high-volume cooking conditions.
