The Pitco B8040702-C PG pilot assembly MV/LP, Econo is a gas ignition element to be used in commercial systems to assist in maintaining a stable pilot flame in the burner ignition. It combines the pilot burner, gas supply systems, and mounting components to form the first flames which are utilized by the main burners to burn down. This installation is placed in the burner compartment of the system and linked to the gas control system and as an element of the ignition and system of the appliance to enable start-up and operation under restaurant kitchens and other foodservice conditions.
