Description

The Roundup - AJ Antunes 7000249 Platen Release Sheet is packaged in three and can be used in commercial sandwich presses and panini grills. It does not allow food to stick to the platen when cooking, and it is evenly cooked and easily released. It will be placed in the middle of the heating surface and the food product to safeguard both the equipment and the food. The sheet is widely used in cafes, restaurants, and food service operations and helps in achieving uniform cooking outcomes, as well as making cleaning easier in high-volume commercial settings.
