The Star Mfg WS-50392 Pot With Drain is a commercial pot featuring a built-in drainage hole to facilitate controlled drainage during food preparation. Liquid contents are directed towards the base channel and liquid separation is accomplished by the drain fitting which allows for controlled handling of liquid contents during cooking or processing and flow regulation and easy emptying through outlet design without interrupting the preparation sequence. It is usually located on kitchen work surfaces or prep stations in cooking lines and used when preparing bulk food in food service Condition.
