The Anets PP10084 Safety Thermostat is a dependable temperature control component suitable for the cooking systems such as F and FSF fryers. It also has a non-adjustable stay-at-temperature control pegged at 450°F to guarantee the safety of frying. It provides long term durability with manual reset, nickel plated bulb 1/4”x 4-7/8” and 1/4” stuff box. The 30” cap and bracket assembly make it easy to install the fryer and it is suitable for use with different fryer models. This thermostat improves safety by avoiding over heating and maintaining a steady and efficient cooking process for high performance fryer.

Step1: Turn off the gas and electrical power to the fryer.

Step2: Allow fryer to cool completely before servicing.

Step3: Remove the access panel and disconnect thermostat wiring.

Step4: Carefully remove the sensing bulb and mounting hardware.

Step5: Install a new thermostat and secure the sensing bulb properly.

Step6: Reconnect wiring, restore power and gas, and test the safety shutoff.
