Description

The Pitco PP10271 LCH Type Hi-Limit Thermostat W/Manual Reset 1/4" Bulb is a temperature safety control for commercial fryers and heated cooking equipment. It operates by sensing the temperature of oil by the sensing bulb and shutting off power to the heating system when unsafe temperatures are reached.
