Description

The Atosa 301030014 Char Broiler Gas Pressure Regulator regulates and balances the flow of gas is supplied to other compatible kitchen equipments. It is to decrease the pressure of incoming gas to a steady level which is necessary to ensure proper operation of the burner. The regulator is used between the gas supply and the broiler manifold to assist in the even distribution of the flames and predictable heat production. It is properly regulated to ensure fuel economy and minimise the pressure on the downstream elements.
