The Groen Z099222 Pressure Switch 1/4" NPT is a fluid pressure-sensing and control part that is installed in compatible commercial systems to measure the level of internal pressure and notify the internal control system. Mounted in the pressure line, and connected to it, it uses an electrical circuit that closes or opens based on the change in pressure to assist in controlling generation of steam and in keeping operating conditions constant. This switch belongs to the control system of the unit and is also widely applied in the kitchens of restaurants, and other foodservice where pressure monitoring is necessary in cooking work.
