The Prince Castle 980REPL005 Handle Assembly is a Replacement part Handle for use with Saber King Commercial systems. It is used to apply the actuated cutting motion for food preparation with the operator interface that is used to control the cutting motion of the slicing mechanism. The assembly fits a variety of saber King slicers in commercial kitchen, sandwich lines, and food service applications. It is mechanically coupled to the cutting drive system, providing secure and disconnect of the cutting action.
