The Montague 1070-7 Braising Pan Flame Sensor Probe 1-1/8 is a sensing component that is used to sense the presence of flames in a braising pan system. It works by producing a signal when it is exposed to heat. This probe is installed close to the burner in order to assist in controlled ignition response. It is connected to the control circuit directly and responds to the change of temperature at the flame source.
