The Pitco 60141101 Gas Griddle RTD probe 1K 13" is an accuracy temperature-measuring system that will provide proper heat management to produce the better cooking results. This Resistance Temperature Detector probe is based on the concept of measuring the alterations of temperature by measuring the changes in electrical resistance which gauge the reliability and steady readings to the control system of the griddle. It has a high resistance rating of 1K and measure length of 13 inches which enables it to quickly and accurately detect temperature, hence enabling the system to regulate heating levels.
