The Pitco B6718701-C Stainless Steel Temperature Probe is a must have accessory for accurate temperature monitoring in commercial fryers. This temperature probe includes 9" leads and a 1/8" male pin for easy connection to a white terminal block, and the robust 3/16" x 4" stainless steel sensor is 1/8" male pin. The Parker fitting 1/4" MPT x 3/16" CCT 316 stainless steel fitting is durable and reliable in tough kitchen environments. This probe is designed to work with Pitco rethermalizers model RTE14, RTE14S, RTE14S-2, RTG14, and RTG14 found in Taco Bell locations.
