The Bunn 07412.1002 Probe Replacement Kit is a sensing component that is used in commercially compatible coffee brewing equipment. The probe is placed in the water tank of the brewer, which identifies the amount and presence of water during the brewing process. After being attached to the control circuit, the probe sends signals, which show whether the tank has the necessary amount of water to operate. This enables the system to synchronize heating and brewing processes in the machine. Installation of the kit is done during servicing, where the sensor is able to detect it in the internal monitoring system of the brewer.
