The Pitco PT60068301 O-Ring Viton is a replacement gasket that fits commercial fryer systems and is 1 inch inner diameter and 1.375 inches outer diameter. It is made of heat- and chemical-resistant Viton, which offers a safe seal and prevents the oil leakage and allows the fryer to operate safely and efficiently. The O-ring is installed in the fryer assembly to assist in system integrity in high-temperature cooking conditions and to provide a consistent flow of oil in order to provide consistent frying performance.
