The Pitco PTPP10565 Pasta Cooker Drain Valve Stainless Steel regulates the exit of water in the cooking vat by rotating an internal gate design that opens or closes the 1-1/4 inch FPT opening. The valve diverts the liquid out of the cooker and into the drainage system that is connected. It is fitted on the bottom of compatible commercial cookers and the cooker drain fitting and piping are connected to the stainless steel body. It is applied in foodservice pasta cookers in which controlled refilling or cleaning of cooking water needs to be taken.
